Mindset Monday – Joy

When you think of Joy, what does it say to you.  Happiness, smiles, laughter are all depictions and feelings of Joy.

When we focus on being joyful,  we are more likely to see the things in our lives that bring us joy.  From as simple as the flowers growing wild in a field, to as elaborate as a garden planted with the utmost care and planning.

Joy can be ours to hold on to, if we choose to do so.  The choice is ours for the making.  SO, are you choosing to be joyful every day or are you letting your circumstances dictate the level of joy you feel??

We could all use to be joyful and spread the joy around.

    I believe that joy is an emotion that we have control over. I control the joy in my life by counting the blessings I have and being thankful for them. Its up to the individual to be open up to the joy that everyone can have.
